About Us

Lake Peachtree Association neighbors live in Peachtree City , Georgia , in homes that are located south of Willowbend Drive , on or north of Kelly Drive , and east of Hip Pocket Road . These 84 properties are granted lake rights by deed, with an easement appurtenant to the lot. LPA neighbors play an active role in keeping Lake Peachtree safe, clean, and beautiful.  

The Lake Peachtree Association:

-       Organizes park, neighborhood, and shoreline trash pickup efforts

-       Works with City and State officials on setback and buffer issues

-       Monitors silt buildup and dredging projects

-       Assists neighbors with contact information on septic/sewer and other issues

-       Works with Peachtree City police to ensure lake use is by Peachtree City residents

-       Serves as a central point of contact for Peachtree City and Fayette County

-       Communicates neighborhood issues
